1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Bonsela website at bonsela.app, operated by Nodewell (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/133713/07. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What Bonsela is (and isn't, yet)
Bonsela is a service, currently in development, that will let businesses recognise their staff by sending airtime over WhatsApp. The product is not yet generally available. This website is for sharing information about Bonsela and arranging demos. Nothing on it is an offer to provide the service or a binding commitment to do so, and features, pricing (including the R499/month indicated) and timing may change before launch.
3. Demo requests and waitlist
When you request a demo or join the waitlist, you're asking us to contact you. It doesn't create any contract or oblige either of us to anything. We'll get in touch using the details you provide.
4. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload, copy, scrape or misuse it, and don't submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
5. Our content
The Bonsela name, logo, text and design on this site belong to us. You may read and share them, but please don't copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or always online.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
