Bonsela ("Bonsela", "we", "us") is operated by Nodewell (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/133713/07, based in South Africa.

We are the "responsible party" for your personal information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website at bonsela.app. At this stage, that means information you give us when you request a demo, join our waitlist, or contact us.
3. What we collect, and why
When you fill in a form or email us, we collect:
- Your email address — so we can reply to your demo request or contact you about Bonsela.
- Your name (if you provide it) — so we can address you properly.
- Anything you write in a message or form field — so we can respond to what you asked.
Giving us this information is voluntary. If you don't, we simply won't be able to contact you about a demo.
We use this information only to:
- respond to your enquiry or set up a demo;
- send you occasional updates about Bonsela's progress and launch, where you've asked to hear from us;
- improve our website and understand which messaging resonates.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Where we use non-essential cookies, we ask for your consent first via a banner, and you can decline.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party services to run the site and our email, and your information may be stored on their systems as our "operators". These providers process data on our instructions only. Some may store data outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on their data-protection commitments. We don't otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep demo and enquiry information for as long as we're in contact with you about Bonsela, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
7. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including limiting who can access it and using reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data carefully.
8. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to us using it;
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time;
- complain to the regulator.
